What does unlocked mean?
Unlocked means that you can use this phone with any carrier that supports GSM technology. There is no need to upgrade your contract, change carriers or change your number. Simply insert your sim card and you are ready to go
What is GSM?
GSM is a cellular technology that carriers use to communicate with cellular phones. GSM carriers operate on four different bandwidths. 850/900/1800/1900Mhz are the bandwidths that are available for GSM carriers. All of our phones are GSM unlocked phones. You will need to check with your service provider in order to ensure compatibility of your phone with your service provider.
How long will it take to get my phone?
Once we receive your payment, your item will ship out within 48 hours. Delivery times vary. In most cases, you will receive your phone in 3-9 days from the time your payment is received. We are not responsible for delayed shipping times.
Are your phones brand new?
Yes. All our phones are sourced from around the globe. We have suppliers from many different countries. We only purchase top quality new phones to ensure that you are getting the very best.
What if the phone does not work with my carrier?
It is your sole responsibility to ensure the phone is compatible with your current carrier. We are not responsible if you purchase a phone that is not compatible with your carrier. There will be no refunds or exchanges on phones that are not compatible with your network.

What are you payment methods?
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. We also accept Checks, Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. For bulk or wholesale orders, We accept Wire Transfer only.
Do your phones carry a US warranty?
No. We offer a 3 month international warranty on all of our phones. You will be responsible for all shipping charges if a warranty claim is made. For further protection, please visit www.squaretrade.com/getwarranty in order to purchase an extended warranty for pennies a day. This is recommended on all of our phones. The international warranty can be time consuming and shipping charges can get costly. Square Trade is your best option when looking into purchasing a warranty
